摘要: The ability to switch between yeast and hyphal growth forms (dimorphism) is one of the most discussed best investigated virulence attributes human pathogenic fungus Candida albicans. Both morphological seem be important for have distinct functions during different stages disease development, including adhesion, invasion, damage, dissemination, immune evasion host response. In this review, we will provide an overview known potential roles C. albicans dimorphism discuss benefit drugs that can inhibit transition.
