摘要: Propylene oxide, ethylene oxide (EO), methanol, and phthalic anhydride are examples of versatile, widely applied chemical intermediates, produced at elevated temperature pressure conditions, demanding rigorous safety considerations. Well-known industrial applications in which the vapour phase is oxidized with oxygen manufactures vinyl acetate EO. Partial oxidation usually performed multitubular cooled reactors where application explosive limits experimentally obtained under stagnant conditions could entail a not justified economical handicap. Bearing mind these considerations, this paper, we developed novel physical–mathematical model to predict ignition flame-propagation phenomena presence gaseous mixtures. The explicit formulae for condition transition from local reaction fully explosion were by exploring broad range operative conditions. A fairly good agreement was found between predictions study critical concentration corresponding point results previous experimental studies different researchers.
