摘要: We report a case of 70-year-old woman who had bilateral coronary arteriovenous fistula(CAVF and treated with percutaneous transcatheter coil embolization. Enlarged LV reduced global systolic function were demonstrated on transthoracic echocardiography. Coronary angiography revealed large fistula from the right artery to main pulmonary small left artery. Percutaneous embolization for CAVF was successfully performed symptomatic improvement.
