摘要: Dry anaerobic digestion (AD) with high total solid content might upgrade conventional wet AD by enhancing and reducing liquid digestate generation, which was not so popular due to lack of adequate knowledge perceived operational complexity. In this study long term (447 days) pilot scale investigation performed for various feedstocks including pig manure, corn straw sludge. It found dry method more suitable reactor start-up than relieved inhibition. Volatile fatty acid (VFA)/alkalinity (0.1 ~ 0.4) effective as system stability indicator. Organic loading rate 4.8 kg/(m3·d) temperature 48 °C optimized. Co-digestion achieved better volatile removal stability. Both hydrogenotrophic acetoclastic methanogens stably existed in rector while obtained higher abundance. This research contributed understanding start-up, indicator optimized conditions (organic temperature) during process.
