摘要: The objective of this study is to integrate information, business and production systems a powder coating manufacturing via computer simulation. Previous studies consider only conventional customer lead-time, which defined as lead-times receive goods or services. integrated approach capable evaluating in six different dimensions. Furthermore, the simulation considers leadtime (from when places an order) addition five other indices. This first modeling systems. mostly distinct system, information system various settings. It claimed that by integrating through simulation, major minor organization issue become visible. also shows perceived improvements integration modeling. In summary, unique features are three fold. First, identifies bottlenecks process concurrently. Second, models produces several dimensions satisfactions. Finally, allows effects new technologies such re-engineering technology be evaluated before actual implementation. addition, hidden concurrent effect processes identified improved.
