摘要: The complete mitochondrial genome of the beet armyworm Spodoptera exigua (Hubner) (Lepodiptera: Noctuidae) was determined (GenBank accession number JX316220). is 15,365 bp long with 37 typical animal genes and an A+T-rich region. As in other sequenced genomes Lepidoptera, trnM rearranged to upstream trnI–trnQ–trnM cluster compared pupative ancestral arrangement insects. All protein-coding start ATN codon except for gene cox1, which uses CGA as lepidopteran species. Eight stop termination TAA. Five use incomplete codons TA or T. region located between rrnS a length 331 bp. This third completely from family Noctuidae Lepidoptera.
