摘要: Abstract In-plane c -axis aligned (1 1 0) YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7− δ thin films on SrTiO substrates have been successfully fabricated by pulsed laser deposition, using the self-template method. The oxygen deficiency of is controlled in situ adjusting annealing partial pressure P . Electronic transport and far-infrared reflectivity measurements conducted these films. It revealed that normal state carriers are confined CuO planes their across incoherent. A pseudogap develops at temperatures well above T it persists superconducting state. Upon decreasing temperature below critical transition , coherence built up for carrier along a edge associated with Josephson plasma observed.
