摘要: Poly N-vinylcaprolactam-co-acrylamidophenylboronic acid p(NVCL-co-AAPBA) was prepared from N-vinylcaprolactam (NVCL) and 3-acrylamidophenylboronic (AAPBA), using 2,2-azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator. The synthesis structure of the polymer were examined by Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) (1)H-NMR. Dynamic light scattering (DLS), lower critical solution temperature (LCST) transmission electron microscopy (TEM) utilized to characterize nanoparticles, CD used determine if there any changes conformation insulin, cell animal toxicity also investigated. nanoparticles found be monodisperse submicron particles glucose- temperature-sensitive. In addition, have good insulin-loading characteristics, do not affect insulin show low-toxicity cells animals. These may some value for or other hypoglycemic protein delivery.
