摘要: A PCR based detection procedure for infectious spleen and kidney necrosis virus (ISKNV) from Siniperca chuatsi was developed by using a pair of primers which were designed the sequence ribonucleotide reductase small subunit (RNRS) gene red sea bream iridovirus (RSIV). The clone analysis product confirmed that ISKNV is iridovirus.
