摘要: Neutropenic enterocolitis is well documented in patients with leukemia or lymphoma who are recovering from the adverse effects of chemotherapy. We report two cases probable neutropenic AIDS developed syndrome during an episode moderate neutropenia. To best our knowledge, this has not been reported previously a patient AIDS. Both manifested mild form that was characterized by fever, abdominal pain, and evidence colonic edema easily recognized computed tomography abdomen. were managed successfully use conservative measures including discontinuation marrow-suppressive drugs therapy broad-spectrum antimicrobial agents. should be considered as treatable cause fever pain
