摘要: Changes in assessment policies and practices at the national state level are having a major impact on thinking about education of children with disabilities special educational needs. If such is to have positive raising standards for all students, then significant challenges be addressed. This will involve reviewing revising historic identifying assessing children’s needs incorporating new why some experience difficulties learning. Children continue excluded from participation so long as norm-referenced assumptions human abilities used inform practices.
