摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter focuses on an engineering approach to reservoir evaporation control. It was assumed that a process of application approaching the ideal should have following characteristics: (1) mechanical equipment be simple and its cost for yearly amortization maintenance low, (2) this capable applying film material continuously, in small amounts at numerous points, as required replenish fast it is drifted far shore by wind; (3) system being stopped, started, regulated will; (4) requirement constantly moving auxiliaries procedure avoided; (5) film-forming material, when prepared application, convenient, commercial form; (6) nature so can kept apart from contact with water until such time actually dispersed into film; (7) applied liquid form ease bulk handling distribution surface; (8) not interfere materially open expanses reservoir, needed recreational purposes.
