This implemented both municipality censual administrative unit scales it well transferable other hazard, allowing comparison among regions. method case study Volturno plain (VCP), located north-western zone Campania Plain (Southern Italy): indeed, exposure natural hazards (coastal erosion, marine inundation, subsidence, salt water intrusion) coupled intense urbanization VCP good test validate methodology here proposed. evidenced low constant value growth achievement sill for after nineties, moreover greatest part districts close shoreline have high percentage total unoccupied buildings. These conditions concrete possibility change from wide sectors.
