摘要: Purpose Isolated basilar artery dissection (BAD) is a rare cause of ischemic stroke. Since the clinical presentations and imaging findings could be non-specific subtle, diagnosis may difficult. Here, we presented four cases isolated BAD with acute Case report Four patients (age, 22 to 57 years) experienced onset hemiparesis and/or vertigo half them having initial headache. Acute infarct was noted at pons or thalamus. Three needed more than one modality serial follow-up confirm BAD. Vascular tapering false lumen restrictive were commonest findings. our received anticoagulant without recurrent hemorrhagic complication.
