摘要: Abstract: This chapter discusses gasification and pyrolysis as alternative methods to grate combustion. These processes are important alternatives combustion since they produce fuels, chemicals, electricity or heat from waste. First, the theory behind is discussed, along with key differences between these full also provides an overview of products that can be made gasification, environmental issues different types processes. Specific examples facilities in operation discussed later this chapter.
