摘要: The current report covers the period from second half of 2011 to late 2014. It is divided into three areas covering rotational, vibrational, and electronic spectroscopy. A signifcant amount experimental theoretical work has been accomplished over past years, leading development expansion a number databases whose links are provided below. Two notable publications have appeared recently: An issue Journal Physical Chemistry in 2013 honoring many contributions Takeshi Oka (J. Phys. Chem. A, 117, pp. 9305-10143); IAU Symposium 297 on Diffuse Interstellar Bands (Cami & Cox 2014). relevant papers these volumes cited what follows. Related research collisions, reactions grain surfaces, astrochemistry not included here.
