摘要: The chemisorption of CO on Ru-metals and supported RuSiO2 catalysts was studied at 150 °C. Ru-metal made by Adams's method adsorbed a normal quantity CO, the results agreed with those previous studies. Willstatter's Ru-SiO2 catalyst large volume decreased repetition adsorption reduction. decrease not caused residual reduction, but sintering considered. In case method, chemisorbed did correspond to specific surface area. fresh samples catalyst, CORu values (g mol/g atom) were more than unity ir spectra sample Ru3(CO)12 other This suggested that there Ru-(CO)2, Ru-(CO)3, etc., species in chemisorption.
