摘要: This study presents a rule-based method for automated, real-time snoring detection using nasal pressure recordings during overnight sleep. Although provide information regarding nocturnal breathing abnormalities in polysomnography (PSG) or continuous positive airway (CPAP) system, an objective assessment of these has not yet been reported the literature. Nasal were obtained from 55 patients with obstructive sleep apnea. The PSG data also recorded simultaneously to evaluate proposed method. automatic, employed preprocessing, short-time energy and central difference Using this methodology, sensitivity 85.4% predictive value 92.0% achieved all patients. Therefore, we concluded that is simple, portable cost-effective tool CPAP systems does require acoustic analysis microphone.
