摘要: A photovoltaic nanostructure according to one embodiment of the present invention includes an electrically conductive nanocable coupled a first electrode, second electrode extending along at least two sides nanocable, and photovoltaically active p-n junction formed between electrode. array plurality nanostructures as recited above. Methods for forming are also presented.
