摘要: Abstract We discuss the consistency of traditional vector meson dominance (VMD) model for photons coupling to matter, with vanishing meson-meson and meson-photon mixing self-energies at q 2 = 0. This has been demonstrated in context rho-omega a large class effective theories. As further constraint on such models, we here apply them study photon-meson VMD. an example compare predicted momentum dependence one momentum-dependent version VMD discussed by Sakurai 1960's. find that it produces result which is consistent phenomenology. conclude comparison phenomenology can provide useful models.
