摘要: The Oxford Knee, a resurfacing prosthesis with meniscal bearing, can be used for either bicompartmental or unicompartmental arthritis. first 103 cases are presented at mean time since operation of 36 months (range 21 to 56 months). In those surviving arthroplasties, pain was relieved in 96%. full range pre-operative flexion maintained and deformity improved from 6.7 5.4 degrees. Stability alignment were restored normal nearly all the knees. Absence anterior cruciate ligament associated significantly greater incidence failure. Six failures occurred 37 knees lacking (16.2%); three 63 (4.8%) (p less than 0.02). Criteria future selection patients have been deduced our experience. is recommended severe osteoarthritis which ligaments still intact.
