摘要: The effect of neutron flux on the formation irradiation-induced clusters in reactor pressure vessel (RPV) steels is an unresolved issue. Small-angle scattering was measured for a neutron-irradiated RPV weld material containing 0.22 wt% impurity Cu. experiment focused influence at fixed fluence. aim to separate and tentatively interpret characteristics cluster size distribution. We have observed pronounced size, whereas total volume fraction insensitive level flux. result compatible with rate theory model according which range applied fluxes covers transition from flux-independent regime lower decelerating growth. results are confronted changes mechanical properties.
