摘要: OPC unified architecture (UA), a communication standard for the manufacturing industry, enables exchanging control and management data among distributed entities in industrial automation systems. UA wrapper is migration strategy that provides clients with seamless access to legacy servers having classic interfaces. This paper presents design of standalone discusses its performance through extensive experiments using prototype implementation. The consists two main components, i.e., server client, which communicate each other via shared memory semaphore. One important feature it employs component object model runtime library implemented Java platform independence. makes possible build cost-competitive system by commercial off-the-shelf non-Windows solutions low-cost microprocessors. Another key event-driven update interface between we propose as an alternative sampling-based mechanism reduced delay. Through workloads from monitoring system, present systematic approach identifying parameters direct impact on eventually tuning them such read subscription services exhibit best performance.
