摘要: Bacterial isolates with the ability to tolerate salinity and plant growth-promoting features were isolated from saline areas of Gujarat, India, that is, Bhavnagar Khambat. A total 176 strains rhizobacteria out which 62 bacterial able 1 M NaCl. These then further studied for their potential characteristics like phosphate solubilization, siderophore production, IAA production. Twenty-eight showed good tricalcium solubilization in solid medium range 9–22 mm 15 liquid 9–45 μg/ml. Siderophore production was checked all isolates, 13 screened produced hydroxamate type 11–50 mM. Among 10 produce indole acetic acid 10–26 μg/ml after 72 h incubation. Pot trials carried on chickpea under 300 mM NaCl stress using best five isolates. Plants inoculated MSC1 or MSC4 an increase parameters evaluate growth when compared uninoculated controls. Strains identified as Pseudomonas putida pseudoalcaligens, respectively, according sequence analysis 16S rRNA gene.
