摘要: Films of AOT-capped (AOT = dioctyl sulfosuccinate) cadmium sulfide nanoparticles (Q-CdS) prepared by incorporation into a self-assembled monolayer (SAM) hexanethiol on Au were prepared. These imaged at negative substrate bias in air scanning tunneling microscopy, and Q-CdS particles shown to cover most the area SAM. Continuous tip over removed outside because tip-substrate interactions. Scanning spectroscopy was carried out with held thin CdS film (100 nm) individual layer. The i vs V dildV curves indicated that energy band gap is wider than films. results photoelectrochemistry also onset photopotential more for smaller related level conduction band.
