摘要: The objective of the study is to analyze if there a relationship between health and environmental sustainability concerns in food choices. We used data 300 Italian consumers collected through vis-a-vis survey. performed cross-tabulations chi-square tests for selected set variables measuring both types concerns, segmenting sample by age, gender education. Our results suggest that association often statistically significant, though we observe high variable specificity associations. Socio-demographic conditions seem play role determining two with middle-aged and/or highly-educated respondents showing stronger concerns.
