摘要: It is estimated that at least approximately 10% of the sleeve gastrectomies (SG) present a therapeutic failure to point requiring revision surgery. Some longterm results shows higher rates up 40 %. With increase bariatric surgery and proportionately SG, there tendency conversion from SG Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (RYGB) become one most common revisional surgeries. indicated mainly in cases intractable gastroesophageal reflux post-SG complications such as fistula stenosis, but it has also been used for weight loss persistence metabolic diseases. Technically similar primary RYGB with time intestinal possible difficulties previous approach. For this reason slightly rate bleeding fistulas without increasing mortality. The considered feasible, safe, good technique between options
