Templated Assembly of Semiconductor and Insulator Nanoparticles at the Surface of Covalently Modified Multiwalled Carbon Nanotubes

摘要: Reported is the preparation and characterization of phosphonic acid-modified alkoxy silane-modified multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs). Also reported use these modified MWCNTs to template assembly titanium dioxide silica nanoparticles, respectively. Some potential applications findings are considered.
