摘要: KEY MESSAGE A set of intervarietal substitution lines were developed in rapeseed by recurrent backcrossing and marker-assisted selection employed for mapping both qualitative quantitative traits. Intervarietal (ISLs) may be assembled into advanced secondary populations that have remarkable potential resolving trait loci candidate genes. To facilitate the identification important genes oilseed rape (canola, Brassica napus), we 89 ISLs using an elite cultivar 'Zhongyou 821' (ZY821) as recipient a re-synthesized line 'No.2127' donor. In whole process development, target chromosome segments selected based on genotypes 300 microsatellite markers evenly distributed across genome. Eighty-nine fixed at BC5F4 genotyped sequencing double digestion to survey lengths from donor parent background parent. The total length substituted was 3030.27 Mb, representing 3.56 × of Darmor-bzh reference genome sequence (version 4.1). Gene conducted two traits, flower colour seed-coat colour, nine traits including yield- quality-related with 19 QTLs identified latter. Overlapping loci, well consistently detected 2 or 3 years. These results demonstrate value these locus resolution subsequent cloning, targeted mutation editing controlling rape.
