摘要: The smart monitoring system (SMS) vision relies on the use of ICT to efficiently manage and maximize utility network infrastructures services in order improve quality service performance. Many aspects SMS projects are dynamic data driven application where from sensors state used drive computations that turn can dynamically adapt process as complex evolves. In this context, a research development new paradigm Distributed Big Data Driven Framework (DBDF) for mobile entails ability incorporate more accurate information controlling purposes through obtaining real-time measurements base stations, user demands claims, other (for weather conditions, etc.). proposed framework consists probes, parsing application, Message-Oriented Middleware, offline models, storage Decision layers., Other sources. Each layer might be implemented using comparative analysis most effective solutions. addition, proof concept, roaming users detection model was created based Apache Spark application. filters streaming protocols data, deserializes it into Json format finally sends Kafka experiments with demonstrated acknowledged capacities building foundation hub basic online processing.
