摘要: A plaque-inhibition technique was used to study the response of mice dinitrophenyl (DNP) determinant at cellular level. Sheep erythrocytes were sensitized for use in plaque assay by exposing them dinitrophenylated antisheep hemolysin low hemolytic efficiency. DNP-lysine added agar inhibit specifically indirect plaques formed mouse spleen cells producing anti-DNP antibodies. The average relative affinity these antibodies defined as reciprocal molar concentration 50% inhibition. increased a factor 130 between 1 and 8 weeks after initial immunization. highly significant correlation, apparently linear, found association constant serum antibody measured modified Farr technique. slopes curves vicinity inhibition assumed be inversely proportional degree heterogeneity with respect affinity. There positive correlation heterogeneity.
