摘要: Abstract Harmanoren Necropolis is the third biggest excavated necropolis in southwest Anatolia, dating back to 2500 B.C. The individual burials are composed of ceramic jars. dead bodies were placed fetal position buried grave jars which elongated eastwards. Buried burnt ceramics can be located by their own magnetic field directions. Thus, surveying was used three different areas locate ahead archaeological excavation. Magnetic anomalies present some results, but identify these as jars, advanced spectral methods applied anomalies. Polarity orientations from a north–south direction due remnant magnetization. ‘Reduction pole’ transformation could not entirely remove disoriented polarities arising effect ‘Analytic signal’ minimizes disorientation caused remanence. susceptibility measurements samples indicate that observed them. A good correlation between processed and excavation results.
