Awareness and Observance of Patient Rights from the Perspective of Iranian Patients: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis.

摘要: Background: Recipients of healthcare services have rights, which must be acknowledged and protected. Such rights include observance acceptable patient physical, mental, spiritual, social needs guided by commonly accepted rules regulations. The objective this study was to conduct a systematic review meta-analysis awareness rates in Iran from the perspective patient. Methods: In study, various references such as Medline (PubMed), Scopus, Scientific Information Database (SID), Google scholar, Magiran, IranMedex were searched (from August December 2015). Heterogeneity assessed using Q statistic. English Persian search keywords combinations included terms “patient bill Iranian rights.” A primary sources accomplished STATA (version 11.0). Results : Initial 20 articles 12 three described service recipients concerning their personal rights. Five covered both topics had an estimated 54.2% coverage based on results random-effects model with heterogeneity. Conclusion An Observance rate bills considered somewhat adequate.
