摘要: The paper presents a theoretical discussion of the organizational change occurring in Ukrainian agriculture since 1991. This is interesting because: (1) it has been characterized by significant inertia and (2), at same time, conscious resistance to not an empirically relevant factor its implementation. aimed identification inertial forces this lying beyond it.
