摘要: The theory of perturbation is used to describe electron rate coefficients in gases under non-uniform field and electron-density conditions when the deviation from spatial uniformity small. It shown that space-dependent can be represented as a sum local values product new dependent on gradients density. By solving Boltzmann equation two-term approximation, are calculated for , Ar. results our calculations compared with experimental data relative excitation rates steady-state Townsend discharge mixture previous Monte Carlo simulations swarm behaviour fields.
