摘要: The earliest reported observations of the biological activity prostaglandins were those Kurzrok and Lieb in 1930. They found that effect human semen on motility isolated nonpregnant uterine strips was influenced by reproductive history patients. Semen relaxed from patients with previous successful pregnancy, stimulated women a sterility. Many subsequent studies revealed normal response to seminal fluid is relaxation. Bergstrom Sjovall (1957, 1960) first isolate pure crystalline E1 E2 sheep vesicular glands. These other workers (Bergstrom Samuelsson, 1962; Bygdeman et al., 1966; Hamberg 1965; 1963a, b) soon identified 13 different fluid. In 1964, uterus responded PGE compounds contrast, most pregnant uteri PGEs both PGFs. Sandberg al. (1964) inhibitory myometrium vitro pronounced isthmus area, contrast corpus.
