摘要: A novel ultrasound-assisted surfactant-enhanced emulsification microextraction technique based on the solidification of a floating organic droplet followed by high performance liquid chromatography with diode array detection was developed for simultaneous determination six fungicide residues in juices and red wine samples. The low-toxicity solvent, 1-dodecanol, used as an extraction solvent. For its low density proper melting point near room temperature, extractant collected easily solidifying it at temperature. surfactant, Tween 80, emulsifier to enhance dispersion water-immiscible solvent into aqueous phase, which hastened mass-transfer analytes. Organic dispersive typically required common liquid-liquid methods not proposed method. Some parameters (e.g., type volume concentration ultrasound time, salt addition, samples) that affect efficiency were optimized. method showed good linearity within range 5μgL(-1)-1000μgL(-1), correlation coefficients (γ) higher than 0.9969. limits ranged from 0.4μgL(-1) 1.4μgL(-1). Further, this simple, practical, sensitive, environmentally friendly successfully applied determine target fungicides juice recoveries fruit samples 79.5%-113.4%, relative standard deviations 0.4% 12.3%.
