摘要: ABSTRACT Conventional microbiological detection and enumeration methods are time-consuming, labor-intensive, giving retrospective information. The objectives of the present work to study capability surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) detect Escherichia coli (E. coli) using presented silver colloidal substrate. obtained results showed that adaptive iteratively reweighed Penalized Leas t Squares (airPLS) algorithm could effectively remove fluorescent background from original spectra, characteristic peaks 558, 682, 726, 1128, 1210 1328 cm -1 be observed stably in baseline corrected SE RS spectra all studied b acterial concentrations. limit SERS determined as low 0.73 log CFU/ml for E. with prepared quantitative prediction intensity values were not good, correlation coefficients calibration set cross validation 0.99 0.64, respectively.
