摘要: Der Nachweis, das Krebs eine genetisch bedingte Erkrankung ist, gelang erst in diesem Jahrhundert und mus zu den wohl bedeutendsten Entwicklungen der Onkologie gezahlt werden. Epidemiologische, zytogenetische molekulargenetische Untersuchungen stellen die Grundlagen Erforschung genetischer Ursachen dar. Die Krebsentstehung geht von mindestens einer Zelle aus beruht auf Akkumulation mehrerer unabhangiger Mutationen (Bodmer Tomlinson 1996).
