摘要: Trichlorfon is a most widely used organophosphate insecticide in aquaculture, many successful results have been reported for bath treatments of trichlorfon to control parasites. However, immersion large stocks with has caused serious environmental pollution. In contrast, oral administration treatment advantages on reducing pollution and having little effect non-targeted species. The aim this study was investigate the Carassius auratus gibelio physiology after single administration. study, subjected gavage various concentrations (0.5 g/kg, 1 2 g/kg). concentration plasma liver tissue quantified using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry at different time points. At beginning exposure, uptake fast, rapidly eliminated low level within 24 h. addition, acetylcholinesterase, superoxide dismutase, catalase, glutathione-S-transferase activities changed significantly exposure. Additionally, vacuolar degeneration, necrosis, congestion central vein were observed as assessed by hematoxylin eosin staining. Our suggested that could accumulate induce hematotoxicity hepatotoxicity tissue, toxicity induced might result physiological disturbances fish.
