摘要: Abstract A series of single-phase color-tunable NaGd(WO4)2(NGW):Tm3+,Dy3+ phosphors were prepared by a facile hydrothermal method. The as-synthesized samples characterized X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), photoluminescence (PL) spectra, and fluorescence decay curves. results show that all are tetragonal scheelite-type pure phase, taking on novel square plate morphology with the side length 5–6 μm central thickness 2.3 μm. Under excitation UV light, NGW:Tm3+ NGW:Dy3+ exhibit characteristic emissions Tm3+ (blue) Dy3+ (yellow), respectively. White light emission can be achieved simply adjusting doping concentration in NGW. luminescence spectra curves reveal resonance-type energy transfer from to ions mechanism has been proposed. In addition, CIE chromaticity coordinates NGW:Tm3+,Dy3+ tuned close standard white (x = 0.33, y = 0.33). All indicate obtained products may potentially applied area UV-excited WLEDs.
