摘要: Today's managed care environment is forcing hospitals to seek new and innovative ways deliver a seamless continuum of high-quality services defined populations at lower costs. Many are striving achieve this goal through the implementation shared governance models that support point-of-service decision making, interdisciplinary partnerships, integration work across clinical settings along service delivery continuum. The authors describe key processes strategies used facilitate design successful an model University Hospital, Cincinnati, Ohio.
