摘要: Recent cell biological studies suggest that sphingolipids and cholesterol may cluster in biomembranes to form raft-like microdomains. Such lipid domains are postulated function as platforms involved the lateral sorting of certain proteins during their trafficking within cells well signal transduction events. Here, physical interactions occur between model membrane systems discussed context microdomain formation. A is presented which role refined compared earlier models.
