摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide a high thermal conductive element that has improved conductivity in layer direction while retaining characteristics planar possessed by graphite. The which carbon particles are dispersed graphite-based matrix, wherein (1) c axis graphene layers constituting graphite substantially parallel, (2) κ∥ perpendicular at least 400 W/m·k and no more than 1000 W/m·k, (3) κ⊥ parallel 10 100 W/m·k.
