摘要: PURPOSE: To analyze the infl uence of specifi c combinations corneal high order aberrations on optical image quality cornea before and after photorefractive keratectomy (PRK) for low to myopia myopic astigmatism. METHODS: Corneal topography was obtained 80 eyes that underwent PRK using a scanning-spot excimer laser. The were subdivided into three groups according preoperative refraction. topographical data imported custom software program combined Zernike terms having same sign angular frequency up seventh 4-mm 6-mm pupils, ie, coma spherical aberrations, midperipheral peripheral aberrations.
