摘要: Phosphoramide mustards and their metabolic precursors, the oxazaphosphorine mustards, belong to general class of alkylating agents. Some related compounds, aryl- alkyl-bis(2-chloroethyl)amines, were covered in previous chapter. Two oxazaphosphorines, cyclophosphamide ifosfamide (Fig. 1), are only phosphorylated mustard compounds ordinarily prescribed for cancer treatment today (1).
