摘要: Innovation is essential for organisational competitiveness and success (e.g. Edwards, Delbridge & Munday 2005). However, the existing research mainly focuses on radical innovation of products; few studies have examined incremental improvement processes in relation to daily work (Stamm 2003; Axtell et al. 2000; Genaidy 2010). It therefore imperative study process employees workplace. Employee can be viewed as a comprising different stages (Scott Bruce 1994). tends combine together, resulting erroneous conclusions regarding effects factors (Magadley Birdi 2012). The current aims examine including quality supervisor–employee relationship, internal communication, external monetary reward, non-monetary recognition training employee behaviour that produces refinements improvements processes. Using convenience sample, questionnaire survey was conducted with 1,299 organisation across four industries China. data were analysed using multiple regressions test hypotheses. results show innovation. Specifically, found play significant role facilitating opportunity exploration, while encouraged idea generation experimentation.
