摘要: Abstract The aim of this study was to investigate whether complexly constituted phenolics extracts from pepper waste may be utilized for the recovery natural colored preparations. At first, different solvents mixture were compared determine best solvent extraction phenolic compounds by-product. three ethanol, acetone and water used. total content (TPC), flavonoid (TFC) relative color strength (K/S) studied using a simplex-centroid design. Acetone–water (68–32%) with 224 mg/L acetone–water (61–38%) 0.446 mg/L mixtures extraction. extract by-products applied on woolen fabrics dyeing characteristics antimicrobial efficacy against common human pathogens such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa Staphylococcus aureus. results indicate that can produce clothing textiles acceptable properties.
