摘要: The influence of pretreatment fibre on interfacial and mechanical properties glass fibre/polypropylene composites was investigated. Firstly, the fibres were coated with blends m-IPP (maleic anhydride grafting isotatic polypropylene) m-APP amorphous in different ratios. Secondly, reaction analysed by FTIR, which shows that chemical between m-IPP/m-APP coating surface-bound coupling agent is existence. Thirdly, microstructure studied SEM. results indicate treatment effective improving adhesion fibre-matrix right amount added to coat impels plastic deformation surrounding point cracks, makes cracks turn region prevents from further interface debonding. Lastly, evaluated measurement flexural strength impact composites. It found are higher than those uncoating composite. these investigations draw conclusion can form an optimize interlayer PP matrix, improves both toughness
