摘要: Background The patterns of regional metastasis in adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) the head and neck its association with outcome is not established. Methods We conducted a retrospective multicentered multivariate analysis 270 patients who underwent dissection. Results The incidence rate metastases was 29%. Overall 5-year survival rates were 44% undergoing therapeutic dissections, 65% 73% among those elective without metastases, respectively .017).
